If you work in security, continuity, risk management, or a related field, you know our job is a game against uncertainty. We're not ordinary professionals — we're the last line of defense against disruption. We are all Warriors of Resilience.

How the battle is played
Teams
Each team brings together 2 to 5 professionals in security, continuity, risk management, or resilience.
The competition
Teams go head-to-head as part of the Resiliencia LATAM Congress, online or in person.
Crisis scenarios
They tackle real crisis-management scenarios against the clock, putting their resilience to the test.
Champions
The best teams are crowned Champions of Latin America and earn their place in the tournament's history.
The warrior profile
- 21 or older.
- Professionals in security, continuity, risk management, or resilience — employed or self-employed.
- Residents of a Latin American or Caribbean country.
- Spanish speakers.
- Teams of 2 to 5 people.
- Take part online or in person.
- Teams compete as part of the Resiliencia LATAM Congress.
- The winning team earns the official title of Latin American Champions.
